Bernice Moore earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Charleston Law Review, and a B.A. in Business and Economics from Wofford College. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moore clerked for The Honorable Benjamin H. Culbertson, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Georgetown, S.C., and The Honorable Patrick Duffy, United States District Court for South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. 

His work experience includes internships with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, Charleston, S.C.; The McNair Law Firm, Charleston, S.C.; the Smithsonian Institution, New York, N.Y.; and the Solicitor's office of the South Carolina 13th Circuit, Greenville, S.C.

Mr. Moore is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Georgetown County Bar Association.
