Testimony resumes this morning in the trial for two product liability lawsuits that were filed in state court in Greenville in 2002, three years after the fatal wreck on Interstate 385 where a Ford Explorer rolled over four times.
The lawsuits filed against Ford Motor Co., TRW Vehicle Safety Systems Inc. and D&D Motors Inc. question the vehicle's occupant restraint system, electronic cruise control and vehicle body and chassis.
Testimony began last Tuesday.
