Josh Salley is a trial lawyer. He advocates for individuals and families victimized by implicit and explicitly discriminatory systems, police brutality/misconduct, and medical malpractice.

BS in Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behaviors: with a concentration in United States policy from the School of Environmental and Biological Studies at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

J.D. from Charleston School of Law. Served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Environmental Law Society, Member of the trial advocacy and moot court boards. Clerked with the Solicitor’s office in the 9th circuit. Clerked in the office of general counsel for a solar developer.

Josh likes to spend his free time with his wife Bri and their daughter Effie. On the weekend, the family enjoys taking their three dogs, Dobby, Bruno, and Nigel on long walks.

When Josh isn’t working with his clients or spending time with his family, he enjoys “hot rodding” cars in the garage. Something about the smell of motor oil, the feeling of grease between your fingers, and the forever missing 10-millimeter socket keeps Josh coming back for more after a long week.
