Josh is an attorney with Bell Legal Group, focusing primarily on individuals and families victimized by implicit and explicitly discriminatory systems, police brutality/misconduct, and medical malpractice.

Josh received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behaviors with a concentration in United States policy from Rutgers University, and he received his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Josh served as the President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Environmental Law Society, and was a member of both the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court boards. In 2019, Josh was recognized by the South Carolina Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers and received the Arthur Gasque Howe Trial Advocacy award. Josh is also a member of the Charleston School of Law Forensics Club, recognizing his demonstrated leadership, professionalism, public service and academic commitment.

When Josh isn’t working with his clients or spending time with his wife Bri and their daughter Effie, he enjoys “hot rodding” cars in the garage.
